6月27日下午，武安市市长董志毅带领武安市四大班子考察团到永洋特钢观摩考察重点项目建设，区领导陈涛、永洋特钢总经理杜晓方等陪同考察。在永洋特钢精品重轨生产线项目现场，总经理杜晓方向考察团详细介绍了项目布局、建设规划和企业生产经营等情况。武安市市长董志毅对永洋重轨项目建设的经验做法给予了高度赞许，并要求考察团成员要认真借鉴永洋特钢经验做法，强化“项目为王”理念，突出主导产业发展，提升项目建设水平，推动武安市经济社会高质量发展。永年区区长陈涛希望双方加强合作、取长补短，助推两地经济社会协同发展、可持续发展。永洋特钢总经理杜晓方表示将不断总结经验，以项目建设为抓手，加快技术创新，提升项目建设水平，推动企业高质量发展。

At the site of Yongyang Special Steel Boutique Heavy Rail Production Line Project, General Manager Du Xiao introduced the project layout, construction planning and enterprise production and operation to the delegation in detail.
